On Monday, Renee Lapeyrolerie was named Executive Director for the Louisiana Democratic Party. In late May, Charlie Davis was named Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Louisiana and assumed all day-to-day management responsibilities. Both are graduates of LSMSA, and we hope that the common experiences from this high-level academic and residential school serve them well in this important role of service, not only to their political parties, but to our state.
